Gorilla Launches Thomas Dean on the Magento Enterprise Ecommerce Platform
Thomas Dean & Co is an unmistakably unique brand that embodies the perfect blend of style and sensibility. Their design is born from timeless Italian style, vivid Spanish streets, detailed French construction, tailored English tradition, and distinct American spirit. Thomas Dean was looking to add an ecommerce direct to consumer channel to their already successful wholesale strategy, selling their apparel at stores like Nordstrom and Von Maur. As a new brand, Thomas Dean had very little brand heritage to build on or communications patterns to adhere to. Gorilla researched the world of men, fine mens clothes, and other luxury brands in an effort to define a creative platform for the new TD site. The final design expresses a contemporary, masculine sophistication that reinforces their unique approach to style and identifies Thomas Dean as a leader in luxury mens apparel. Gorilla integrated Magento with their V2K ERP for inventory, order, and accounting management. Gorilla also advised and implemented a fulfillment tool to help manage shipments integrating with their fulfillment and warehousing partner, DRI.
