Our development process is flexible, thorough, and proven. Our Business Solutions Analysts and Ecommerce Practice Leads work in tandem with your team to document your unique business requirements and turn them into detailed functional specifications to guide the development process. Then, we handoff the functional specs to our talented, certified developers to do what they do best.
Our frontend and backend development teams work in clearly defined sprints, with each sprint punctuated by a round of QA. This makes sure everything is on track and that you’re kept in the loop as each milestone is reached. We follow up development with an additional round of QA and then turn over the site to you for User Acceptance Testing. When both sides agree that everything is in perfect working order, we move on to the most exciting part of any project: Launch.
Our frontend and backend developers collaborate daily with our Design and Strategy & Marketing teams. Since they're all in-house, full-time Gorillas, they actually can.
