Since sharing our first two B2B Benchmarking Research Reports, the ecommerce landscape for manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors has continued to evolve. Many of those developing trends indicate an increasing industry-wide focus on customer experience-oriented engagements. In an effort to present updated information, we’ve circled back with the companies researched and featured in our 2015 and 2016 reports to share a fresh look at the trends, best practices and data driving B2B ecommerce in 2017 and beyond.
