Gorilla Group Acquires SPROUT Content To Enhance The Agency’s Customer Experience Management Practice

Chicago, IL – Gorilla Group, an experience-driven commerce agency, today announced the acquisition of Denver-based SPROUT Content, a Platinum HubSpot partner specializing in content marketing, demand generation and marketing automation. The acquisition augments Gorilla Group’s fast-growing Customer Experience Management (CXM) practice, providing a range of services to help Gorilla’s diverse mix of B2B and direct-to-consumer clients acquire and engage their target audiences across the breadth of the customer journey.

As a Platinum HubSpot partner, the SPROUT Content team has a wealth of experience creating and executing inbound marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and providing marketing automation programs that enable customer engagement at scale. This perfectly complements Gorilla’s SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud offering and its broader CXM practice, which brings together Content, SEO/SEM, Social, Customer Retention, and Data Insights services to accelerate growth and generate higher customer lifetime value for its clients.

The addition of the SPROUT team will bring Gorilla’s clients additional solution options to fit their strategic needs and broaden the Gorilla CXM team to nimbly react to changing customer demands. The acquisition also expands Gorilla’s geographic footprint to service the agency’s broad national and international client base. Over the next several months, SPROUT Content will be integrated within the Gorilla Group organization.
