  • Wunderman Thompson announced the launch of a new unified commerce offer in North America. The new combined commerce offer in North America sits under the Gorilla Group banner, integrating diverse commerce specialists from Wunderman Thompson Technology and the Wunderman Thompson Commerce eRetail team to create a purpose-built experience, commerce, and technology offering, unlike any other. This includes capabilities to help merchants across owned, marketplace, and retail commerce channels.
  • We kicked off a podcast at the beginning of this year called Commerce Confidential. Randy Kohl, Managing Director of Marketing, hosts an irreverent, insightful, and informative short-form pod. Each episode explores a specific topic with business leaders, technology innovators, and digital commerce experts. This is where off-the-cuff meets on-the-record. All episodes are available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, or wherever you get your podcasts.

  • We are thrilled to have our report Using Data & AI to Analyze Promotions & Plan For Future Success, selected as the winner in The 27th Annual Atticus Awards Data category

  • Gorilla Group was recognized in multiple categories in the 17th annual W³ Awards.

  • Jetboil, Mealtime Elevated - Gold recipient in the Campaigns - Integrated Campaign for Marketing Category.

  • Sylvamo - Silver recipient in the General Websites - Manufacturing for Websites Category.

  • Gorilla Group won the Bloomreach Americas Partner of The Year Award for the third year in a row. We also achieved Bloomreach Platinum Partner Status, making us the first Bloomreach partner to achieve the highest partnership status that Bloomreach offers in the Americas.
