Needing a more robust ecommerce channel that expanded their direct-to-consumer capabilities while considering retail partners, Cutter & Buck turned to Gorilla to create a reimagined user experience around a full-featured, scalable site in Magento Enterprise that fits perfectly with the brand’s business goals.
We crafted a redesigned and functionally enhanced site on the Magento platform that delivers a seamless user experience. To elevate their direct-to-consumer sales channel, our design team implemented a look that captures the essence of the brand, added content-driven site sections to engage customers, and streamlined top to bottom site navigation.
To add to the customer experience, we implemented a robust customer rewards program to spur repeat sales, customized functionality to alert customers when they approach free shipping thresholds and enhanced the product catalog to create richer product interactions. Tight two-way integration with the client’s SAP ERP system ensures continually updated, two-way communication with the ecommerce solution. Post launch, the site is being hosted on our dedicated cloud environment and is fully supported by Gorilla Managed Services. Phase 2 of the project will enable internationalization and provide a B2B portal to allow wholesale customers to place customized, logoed bulk orders for their customers.
