DocuSign partnered with Gorilla to implement a best-in-class ecommerce platform to support their roadmap in scaling the web business to support growth domestically and internationally.


DocuSign needed an ecommerce solution that fit into their current product infrastructure without displacing other upstream and downstream systems that had required significant investment. Gorilla’s development team seamlessly integrated Magento Enterprise with the existing DocuSign systems to build out a complete end-to-end ecommerce ecosystem and provide best-in-class merchandising capabilities.

With the Magento implementation, we enabled DocuSign to create scalable merchandising rules that display selective offers by specific products, customer segments and their attributes. Finally, our team customized the checkout flow to provide different experiences to customers based on information provided through the DocuSign API.


The result is a solution that enables business users to create unique promotions, cross/up-sell opportunities, and bundle experiences to measure and drive revenue more efficiently in a global context. The customized one-page checkout flow promotes usability and has lifted overall conversion and decreased abandonment in the ecommerce flow.
