Breakthru Beverage partnered with Wunderman Thompson Commerce & Technology to rapidly roll out proof-of-concept for B2B commerce and fast-follow experiences, as well as rapidly establish recommendations to inform a digital marketing roadmap.

Working in the North American market presents an array of complex challenges since each state has its own rules and regulations related to the distribution and sale of alcohol. This means each new market rollout requires features sets to be added depending on specific business requirements. Having a foundation already in place allows for a more dedicated focus on the market-level customizations needed.

Having individual storefronts for each state provides a lot of opportunities to collect valuable customer data, and with site traffic climbing, they needed an efficient way to capture and interpret data. Due to this, they turned to our Insights & Analytics Services in order to capture and analyze datasets to reveal actionable insights and report on key metrics.

Along with enabling B2B ecommerce, a martech discovery workshop was held in order to make credible recommendations that highlighted the benefits of email marketing and personalization that demands creativity and the ability to realign the customer experience.
